Turn around times:

Indraft’s offices operate 24/7 throughout the year. We have excellent turnaround times for all our transcription work (all dictation received before 1200 on a weekday is returned by no later than 1700 the same day; dictation received after 1200 may be returned the same day, but at any event no later than 0900 the next working day). Our copy typing turnaround time will depend on the length and format of your text, but we are confident we would be able to meet your deadlines.

Confidentiality:

Indraft recognises that clients work may be sensitive and confidential, and we always prepare and sign a Confidentiality Agreement in favour of the client. Indraft also offers a free ftp link to all its clients to enable all work and attachments to be encrypted, thereby guaranteeing safe transit and quick delivery, and providing an extra layer of security. Indraft is registered under the Data Protection Act 1988 which means that we comply with guidelines in relation to keeping client's information confidential.
