Indraft Solutions was set up in 2002 primarily to service the legal market. Although the business has since expanded, providing services to the legal profession remains at its heart.

We completely understand the needs and requirements of the legal profession, and cater both for the individual practitioner as well as large practices – our services are tailored to your requirements and customised to your business processes. We place great emphasis on accuracy and reliability.

Our legal transcriptionists are trained in specialist legal vocabulary and terminology and undergo an induction course lasting at least one month before commencing work. With a fast turnaround time, your practice will experience an immediate increase in efficiency with consequential greater financial benefits.

Indraft is suitable for people working from their homes, from an office, and even during business trips abroad. As long as you have access to the internet you can send work to Indraft’s expert team, at whatever time (we operate 24/7), from wherever you are, and leave the rest to us – it’s as simple as that! Your copy typing or the typed version of your dictation will be returned to you (or wherever you specify) within hours.

Indraft also has access to the Lexis Nexis forms package so that all the usual legal forms can be processed

Turn around times:

Indraft’s offices operate 24/7 throughout the year. All dictation received before 1200 on a weekday is returned by no later than 1700 the same day; dictation received after 1200 may be returned the same day, but at any event no later than 0900 the next day. Work received at the weekend will be returned latest by 0900 the following Monday. Slightly different arrangements operate at bank and public holidays as notified from time to time on this website

Confidentiality:

Indraft recognises that clients work may be sensitive and confidential, and we will prepare and sign a Confidentiality Agreement in favour of the client. Indraft also offers a free ftp link to all its clients to enable all work and attachments to be encrypted, thereby guaranteeing safe transit and quick delivery and providing an extra layer of security. Indraft is registered under the Data Protection Act 1988 which means that we comply with guidelines in relation to keeping client's information confidential.
