About Indraft

Indraft Solutions is a UK company founded in 2002 to provide transcription services. Although initially specialising in the legal profession, it has since expanded, and clients have included healthcare professionals, accountants, businesses, estate agents and students, amongst others.

Our transcriptionists are all based in India and work in a secure office environment rather than from home. This helps us to meet our turnaround times, given the time difference with the UK. We work closely with the subcontractors to ensure all staff are well trained on the required vocabulary and formatting requirements and are fully aware of the confidential nature of the work.

Since 2017, Indraft has also been involved in the outsourcing of other business processes. This has allowed our clients to save costs where demand fluctuates as well as streamline these processes and ensure that a high standard is maintained. We are open to discussing any project you think could benefit from being outsourced, but we are particularly interested in dealing with onboarding requirements and completion and filing of digital forms.

The advent of AI has made speech-to-text and other tools more widely available. However, the accuracy of the results is still very much a gamble. Whilst we use AI in our processing, we always pass the file to a human for proofreading. Working in this way saves you – the end client – time (and therefore money) overall, as only a minimal level of checking is required when documents are returned.
